My Little Girl b/w Sun, Sunshine (Pye 1971 - UK issue)
Nice cover of this Harmony Grass tune, though a bit of a softer approach than the original. Is it me, or does the tempo slow down a bit during the bridge? The flip "Sun, Sunshine" is, not surprisingly, sunshine pop.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Lee Shaughnessy, son of the late Ron Shaughnessy. Just wanted to point out that Keith Parsons was actually the lead singer of the band Autumn and was the vocalist on this track. Not especially important really, but as both Ron and Keith are no longer with us just thought I'd mention it. Thanks for posting, and awesome to see the 45, I was beginning to think there was only one in existence :-) All the best.
